The President said there will be 5 levels to easing the lock down measures with the current being level 5 which has stringent measures. The country will move into level 4 on the 1st of May where some economic activity will be begin and details will be made available for each sector.
The level 4 will still have restrictions on travelling between provinces; Borders will remain closed unless for repatriation of locals and foreigners; Public transport to operate with restrictions. All passengers to wear locally made face masks; Bars, cinemas, concerts, religious gatherings will remain closed until further notice.

Level 5 – drastic measures to contain the virus (currently being implemented)
There will be national levels and separate levels for Provinces and Municipalities.
Every business that are permitted to resume operations will be required to do so in a phased manner, first preparing the work place for a return to operations, followed by the return of the workforce in batches of no more than one third.
Every business will have to adhere to detailed health and safety protocols to protect their employees.
